REFORMER BASICS
New to the Reformer or ready to sharpen your skills? This beginner-friendly class is all about building a strong foundation. You’ll learn how to safely set up the equipment, move with precision, and connect to your core through focused breath and alignment. With plenty of personal attention and thoughtful modifications, Reformer Basics helps you gain confidence, improve technique, and prepare for more advanced classes with ease.
REFORMER PLUS
Turn up the intensity with Reformer Plus—a fitness-forward, contemporary take on Pilates that adds extra challenge, flow, and full-body strength work (hello, arms!). This Level 2 class is perfect for graduates of our intro series or those confident with Reformer Basics. Expect faster transitions, dynamic sequences, and a strong focus on core stability, upper body sculpting, and athletic movement. It’s Pilates, powered up.

CLASSIQUE
Experience Pilates the way it was meant to be. This class stays true to the original Reformer sequences created by Joseph Pilates—because the classics work. Led by classically trained Reformer and Mat instructor Sara Mader, you'll move through a precise, flowing workout that builds deep core strength, improves posture, and refines total-body control. Rooted in the principles of Contrology, this is an energizing, results-driven session for purists and Pilates lovers alike.
